Elderflower Lemon Syrup

The New York Times listed the drink of the summer 2026:  a Hugo Spritz ! This syrup will make a great low ABV cocktail added to Prosecco, or a NA version with seltzer and a sprig of mint.

Made from the freshest organic elderflowers harvested at their peak from our farm here at Weathertop, plus water, organic lemons and organic sugar. That's it, a simple recipe that makes an amazingly complex syrup. Aside from drinks, drizzle on anything from yogurt to grilled peaches to whatever your heart desires.
